  • Port & Starboard cabin Bilge pump pipe work re-routed each side of Topsides through individual outlets and fitted with One-way valves
  • Refrigerator drain routed to Port cabin bilge (for ease of cleaning)
  • Foam of Saloon seating and all berths replaced with Hi-density, Fire retardant type material
  • Solar Ventilators replaced with “Smart Solar” switchable type
  • 4 Additional links of chain fitted between Anchor and Anchor Swivel (remove “bending” force on Swivel)

  • New larger timber Binnacle Instrument Pod installed incorporating Raymarine ST7000 Autohelm (with provision for upgrade to ST7002), Raymarine ST60 Multi Display, Vetus Bow Thruster & Anchor Windlass Controls, 2 switched LED Cockpit lights with waterproof switch, 50 mm diameter Engine Revolution Tachometer working from new “W” connection fitted to alternator, with waterproof switch for Tachometer light, additional 10 Amp waterproof switch installed for future use
  • Provision also made for connecting a DSC VHF Command Microphone
  • Nassa PC Navtex Pro2 installed
  • Navtex, AIS, GPS & Raymarine Seatalk Data re-routed through a 4 Port USB Hub to Laptop via a single USB cable
  • Pulleys fitted to Mast for Mainsail Lazy Jacks (utilising existing Bulls Eyes)
  • Additional Saloon Shelving (with Silent Gliss curtain rail fitted under) installed above windows both sides to stow smaller items E.G. Drinking Glasses, Nibbles, etc.
  • New 6 blade propeller (Modified from standard) fitted to Bow Thruster

  • Additional carpet with underlay fitted aft of Saloon table (for Sound Proofing)
  • All old antifouling scraped off hull, waterline 'flared’ and hull sanded to fine finish.   Hull treated with 2 coats Flag antifouling (Dark Blue)
  • Keel Slot Guide Pin slots (lower end) reinforced and fitted with Rubber Shock Absorbers
  • New Keel Slot Guard Plate fitted treated with 5 coats International Interprotect (as on Ballast Plate)
  • All worn Security Cockpit Locker catches replaced with new type of same design

  • Engine Bay re-soundproofed complete with Inspection Cover and rear Floor Panel
  • Hull sanded smooth, waterline 'flared’ and hull treated to coats of International Paints “Primocon”.   Hull treated with 2 coats Flag Cruiser antifouling (Dark Blue)
  • Much headlining removed in preparation for replacement planned for later in the year
  • Keel Mould hired out for making a complete new Keel
  • Gas Alarm Installed (under to Cooker)
  • Our Keel jammed several times and was found to be a very poor fit - reshaped
  • Genoa White UV strip torn and replaced with Royal Blue
  • Headlining replacement started with new timber panels, change of colour of vinyl (now off white, leather grain).   All removable panels (24) to be recovered at this stage.   New wiring installed for new LED lights and new/additional battens fitted for some panels

  • Anchor Chain painted white indicating every 5 Metres with separated mark for 20 Metres
  • Parker Racor 120T primary Spin-on Fuel filter installed
  • New Jack stays fitted with new colour (Royal Blue)
  • New Webasto Air Top Evo 40 (4 kW) Diesel Central Heating system installed with outlets in Saloon (3), Galley, Port cabin, Forepeek, Starboard cabin and Heads (total 7) with all new ducting and with a Digital Smart Controller Control. Old Heater exhaust outlet Blanked off with Stainless Steel polished disc
  • Timber “guards” fitted to screen heater ducting where required and timber flooring fitted to old Heater compartment, now a new storage locker
  • Taken advantage of the Heater installation and undertaken a Deep Clean together with discarding little used items
  • Solar Cell Panels on deck (cracked through age, had become dangerous to the feet and were no longer charging) were removed and deck made good
  • All Single “Lift-a-Dot” Cockpit Tent and Sprayhood fixings replaced with Double fixings
  • Liferaft Serviced and mounted with new canister to the pushpit in the original carrier

  • Acquired Startwater Kit for all Valuable and Attractive items (fitted or loose).   All items (with serial numbers and/or post codes) logged, labelled, photographed and registered
  • All Standing Rigging replaced
  • LED’s fitted to all Navigation Lights
  • New Mast Base “Pulley Plate” fitted under Mast Locating Plate installed which will allow many Pulleys to be easily and ergonimically positioned
  • All Mast Base Pulleys replaced
  • Some In-Mast halyards replaced
  • Signal Halyards replaced and small pulleys fitted to Cross-Trees
  • VHF Aerial replaced (wired direct to VHF) and fitted with a Hawke windex
  • Replacement Neptune 5000, 3 Burner Cooker installed
  • Upper & Lower Stem Ball fittings replaced. Wrong size fitted from new
  • Full engine Carbon Removal (Oil) and Fuel treatments undertaken using Wynns additives (whilst still in commission)

  • New Fully battened, Loose footed Main Sail (Sanders Sails) installed with Stainless Steel sliders (to plastic track)
  • New Lazy-Jack system installed will additional pulleys and Anti Chafe covers
